Vegetable tanned leather refers to the tannage, or method of tanning the cowhide into leather. It is called “vegetable” because of the natural materials used in the tanning process like tree bark or mimosa plant. 

Since vegetable tanning is a natural process, it is also eco-friendly. Not only the leather, but also the accessories used on it have been carefully selected. The snap fasteners are imported from Italy and are of a unique quality Fiocci brand. Other accessories are made of stainless steel or durable brass.
